Lucky31 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with Lucky31, accessing the platform at lucky31.im, or using any service provided by Lucky31 — including sports betting, live casino, virtual sports, Aviator, fishing games, and live cricket scores — you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account and should not use Lucky31's services. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with Lucky31's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the same agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must meet the following eligibility criteria before you can register or use Lucky31:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky31 does not permit players under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing Lucky31 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted or not explicitly prohibited under your local laws.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of Lucky31 or its affiliated companies.

Lucky31 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be suspended immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment method minus any bonuses received.

3. Your Lucky31 Account

Each player is permitted to hold one active Lucky31 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering your Lucky31 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, date of birth, current address, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Lucky31 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Lucky31 will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Lucky31 support immediately at support@lucky31.im or via 24/7 live chat. Lucky31 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to keep their credentials secure.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You may not allow any other person to use your Lucky31 account.
• Accounts that are inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 may be applied to dormant accounts after this period, continuing until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• Lucky31 will notify players of dormancy fees by email before they are applied.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

Lucky31 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances are held in PKR. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet & over-the-counter)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet & over-the-counter)
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• Bank transfer (IBFT) to Lucky31's designated account
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Lucky31, though your payment provider may have its own limits. Deposits are credited to your Lucky31 wallet instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Lucky31 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Lucky31 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

5. Withdrawals

Players may withdraw funds from their Lucky31 account at any time, subject to the conditions below. Lucky31's target withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash and up to 3 business days for bank IBFT transfers.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit to your Lucky31 account, or verified as belonging to you.
• Before processing any withdrawal, Lucky31 may require identity verification (KYC). This typically involves confirming your CNIC number and may require document upload for larger withdrawal amounts.
• Lucky31 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for up to 48 hours for security review if unusual account activity is detected.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met in full (see Section 6).
• Lucky31 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing times, please contact Lucky31 support with your transaction reference. We will investigate and resolve within 24 hours.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

Lucky31 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The general rules below apply to all Lucky31 bonuses unless an individual promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your Lucky31 wallet.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x bonus amount). This means you must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Game-specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Lucky31 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.
• Bonuses are limited to one per player, household, device, and IP address unless the promotion explicitly states multiple claims are permitted.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Lucky31's sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, Pakistan international matches, and other major tournaments), football, tennis, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on Lucky31.

• All bets are accepted subject to Lucky31's published odds at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.
• Lucky31 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without providing a reason, including restricting bet amounts for specific events or markets.
• In the event of a match abandonment, Lucky31's specific rules for that sport and competition will apply. Generally: bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned, unless sufficient play has occurred for a result to be declared under Lucky31's rules.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to availability. Lucky31 may suspend in-play betting markets at any time during an event at its discretion.
• Where a palpable error occurs in odds — for example, a clear data entry mistake that results in odds significantly out of line with the market — Lucky31 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are published in the specific sport or competition rules section of Lucky31.
• In the event of a dispute over a result, Lucky31's determination is final once the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC) has confirmed the official result.

8. Casino Games & Live Casino

All casino games available on Lucky31 — including live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger), virtual slots, and game shows — operate under the following conditions:

• All virtual casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and audited.
• Live casino games are streamed from professional studios. The dealing, spinning, and dice-rolling processes are conducted by trained human dealers with no ability to influence outcomes.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term average payout. RTP figures do not guarantee any specific result in individual sessions.
• Once a bet is confirmed in any casino game, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, Lucky31's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. If a round was in progress, the result will be determined and applied when the game resolves — this is visible in your Lucky31 transaction history.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per table or game are published in the game lobby and may change at any time.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lucky31. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Lucky31 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using someone else's payment method or identity to fund your Lucky31 account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in Lucky31's platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game or market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with Lucky31's platform without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the Lucky31 platform.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing Lucky31 accounts or balances.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Lucky31 staff or other players through the live chat or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with Lucky31's systems or infrastructure.

Lucky31 actively monitors accounts for patterns of prohibited conduct. Where evidence is found, Lucky31 will take immediate action, which may include account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Lucky31 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the player.
• Account dormancy (see Section 3).
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion).

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these terms, any funds in the account — including real-money balance and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within 5 business days.

11. Responsible Gaming

Lucky31 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should always be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to every Lucky31 player at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your Lucky31 account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to place further bets until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. Lucky31 will notify you when you approach your limit and log you out automatically when it is reached.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing how long you've been playing and how much you've wagered in your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from Lucky31 for a period of your choice — from 1 month up to 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request. It cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Lucky31 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required for operations and compliance.

13. Limitation of Liability

Lucky31 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and accurate data, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Lucky31 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or delays in the platform not caused by Lucky31.
• Losses arising from inaccurate odds data caused by third-party data providers.
• Losses arising from actions taken on an account using correct credentials, regardless of whether those actions were authorised by the account holder.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of Lucky31.

Lucky31's maximum liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the preceding 12 months, less any amounts already withdrawn.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits Lucky31's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

Lucky31 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on their account and/or via a notification on the Lucky31 platform. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of Lucky31 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using Lucky31 and contact support to close your account. Your real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
